#2 MORNING GLORY BREAKFAST
This is a variation of morning glory breakfast. I try to incorporate eggs, vegetables, and some carbs. Although the end product looks straight out of Emeril’s kitchen, I can promise you I simply threw a couple ingredients on the grill. The sausage can be substituted for chicken or any type of meat, a vegetarian alternative, tofu, or any of the deli meats. I was in a rush today, but I normally ask the deli for cheddar cheese (I’m not a fan of the orange martian squares). In addition, take advantage of the spices located on the diner counter. The dried basil leaves give an incredible amount of flavor to any meal! I try to utilize the spices when I have the time. One more thing, drizzle some hot sauce or ketchup on top of your finished product, I promise you won’t be disappointed :) Enjoy!
